NDIS
We support both self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants.
All fees for NDIS clients are charged in accordance with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.
We can provide invoices and documentation to meet NDIS requirements and assist with plan management where needed.
Medicare Care Plans
We are happy to participate in Chronic Disease Management Plans, or as part of a Team Care Arrangement for your child’s care. Eligibility for this plan is determined by GPs, based on your child’s level of need, and in these cases a partial rebate for up to five services per calendar year is available. Please note that Medicare rebates do not cover the full session fee, and a gap payment will apply. Please contact your GP for more information.
Private Health Insurance
We are recognised Speech Pathology Australia members and Medicare providers, which means you may be able to claim on your private health funds, pending on your level of extras cover.
Please contact us directly to find out the code which will match your appointment, so you can determine rebate levels prior to attending your appointment.
Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA)
We proudly accept clients funded through the Department of Veterans' Affairs.
DVA Gold Card Holders
Eligible Department of Veterans' Affairs Gold Card holders may receive speech pathology services fully funded where clinically required and referred by their GP.
A valid DVA referral is required prior to the initial appointment.
Services must relate to accepted conditions.
We bill DVA directly where eligible, meaning no out-of-pocket expense for approved services.
If you are unsure about your eligibility, we are happy to guide you through the process.
Home Care Packages (HCP)
We accept clients who are funded through the Australian Government’s Home Care Packages Program.
Speech pathology services may be funded as part of your approved Home Care Package to support:
Swallowing and mealtime safety
Communication changes related to ageing or neurological conditions
Voice disorders
Cognitive-communication difficulties
We can work collaboratively with your Home Care Package provider or case manager to arrange services and provide documentation as required.
Fees are invoiced directly to your Home Care Package provider in line with agreed service arrangements.
If you are unsure whether speech pathology can be included in your package, we are happy to discuss this with you or your care coordinator.
